Ingredients
  1. Milk
  2. Ghee
  3. Cardamom
  4. Sugar
  5. Golden Raisins
  6. Cashew
  7. Salt
  8. Wheat Flour
  9. Moong Dhal
  10. Water
  11. Natural Color
Procedure
  1. Fry the bowl of Moong Dhal for 3 minutes.
  2. Boil it in a cooker by adding 2 bowl of water for 5 minutes or wait for 5 whistle
  3. Stir it well and make it like a paste & keep it aside
  4. Add ghee and wheat flour in a tawa. Stir it well & keep it aside.
  5. Fry Cashew and Golden Raisins & keep it aside
  6. Add ghee in a tawa and add boiled Moong Dhal, milk, water, fried wheat flour, Salt, cardamom, sugar, Food Color, Fried Cashew & Raisins.
  7. Keep stirring for 25 minutes until it becomes soft & less sticky.
  8. Ashoka Halwa – Diwali sweet is ready to be served. Happy Diwali
