Banana Appam is a South Indian Traditional Sweet. It is habitually prepared as evening snacks or prepared during delightful occasions and served to friends, relatives and neighbors. This is an easiest and very less time consuming recipe. You will be spending less than 10 minutes to prepare this delicious Banana Appam. Following are the simple ingredients that is very much available at any home.

Ingredients
  • 2 Cup of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Cup of Jaggery
  • 3 Banana
  • Half Spoon of Baking Soda
  • Cardamom
  • Sunflower Oil

Initial Preparation
  • Add 2 cup of wheat flour in a bowl and add some cardamom into it. Add half spoon of baking soda. Keep it aside.
  • Take 1 cup of jaggery and add 3 pealed banana. Blend it well with mixer.
  • Add blended banana jaggery mix with wheat flour which was kept aside. Mix it well until it comes to semisolid state.
Cooking Process
  • Place a tava on the stove and fill half of it with sunflower oil.
  • Round of the mix or make it like ball and drop one by one in the hot oil. (Like shown in the video).
  • Stir it well until it becomes golden brown color.
  • Now serve the delicious sweet Banana Appam.

Since it is a sweet, you don’t any side dish or dip for this snack. You can directly drop one by one into your mouth. Enjoy Cooking!!!
