Semolina Drumstick Leaves Adai is a very unique traditional South Indian Dish. It is called as Rava Murungai Keerai. Semolina and Drumstick leaves are the main ingredients in this dish. Drumstick spinach has medicinal values, hence this is a very healthy food. People at any age can have this food. This is usually prepared for breakfast and even prepared as evening snacks. It is best to have it with coconut chutney.

Ingredients

1. 2 Tumbler of Semolina
2. ¼ Tumbler of Bengal Gram
3. ¼ Tumbler of Red Gram
4. ¼ Tumbler of Green Gram
5. 2 Green Chilli
6. Drumstick Leaves
7. Ginger
8. Garlic
9. 3 Onion
10. Scraped Coconut
11. 2 spoon of Rice flour
12. Fennel Powder
13. Turmeric Powder
14. Asafoetida powder
15. Chilli Powder
16. Curry Leaves
17. Oil
18. Salt
19. Water

First Level Preparation

1. Pour some water in semolina, Bengal gram, red gram and green gram for an hour time.
2. Partially blend Bengal gram, red gram and green gram in the mixer as shown and keep it aside.
3. Filter water from semolina and mix it with partially blended mixture.
4. Add some salt (as per your requirement), asafoetia powder, fennel powder, 2 spoon of chilli powder, 2 spoon of turmeric powder, chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped curry leaves, chopped chilli and ginger, scraped coconut, rice flour and drumstick leaves.
5. Mix it well and add some water. 

Cooking Process

1. Place Tava on the stove, pour some oil and spread the mix as shown in the video
2. Wait until it becomes golden brown color.
3. Semolina Drumstick Leaves Adai  (Rava Murungai Keera Adai) is ready to be served. Best to have it with Coconut Chutney
