Ingredients

  • 3 Boiled and peeled Potatoes
  • Gram Flour
  • 2 Chopped Onion
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Salt
  • Curd
  • 2 chopped green Chili
  • Garam Masala Powder
  • Corn Flour
  • Red Chili Powder
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Curry Leaves
  • Oil
  • Water

Cooking Procedure
  • Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes
  • Add 3 spoon of Curd
  • Add 1 spoon of Ginger Garlic Paste, 2 spoon of gram flour, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, salt (as per your requirement) 1 spoon of Garam Masala, red chili powder, 2 chopped green chili, 2 spoon of corn flour, 2 chopped onion and curry leaves.
  • Pour some in the hot pan and start frying the cutlet
  • Now Potato Saucy Cutlet is ready to be served.
