Ingredients

  1. Fish
  2. Tamarind juice
  3. Ginger Garlic paste
  4. Oil
  5. Water
  6. Turmeric powder
  7. Salt
  8. Chili powder
  9. Corn flour
  10. Coriander powder

Procedure
  1. Pour some tamarind juice over sliced fish, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and corn flour.
  2. Mix it well and start frying on the hot pan.
  3. Now Fish fry is ready to be served.
