Ingredients
  1. Sprouted Green Gram
  2. Chopped Onion
  3. Chopped Ginger
  4. Chopped Garlic
  5. Chopped Coriander leaves
  6. Chopped Curry leaves
  7. Chopped Green Chili
  8. Rice Flour
  9. Gram Flour
  10. Hing powder
  11. Salt
  12. Fennel powder
  13. Oil
  14. Water
Procedure
  1. Grind the Sprouted Green Gram
  2. Add chopped curry leaves, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, hing powder, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped onion, salt, rice flour, Gram flour and mix it together
  3. Start frying the vadai in oil.
  4. Sprouted Green Gram Vadai is ready to be served.
