Ingredients

  1. Tamarind juice
  2. Coriander powder
  3. Chili powder
  4. Oil
  5. Turmeric powder
  6. Salt
  7. Yam
  8. Water

Procedure
  1. Take a bowl of water, add turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Add chopped Yam and boil it for 3 minutes.
  3. Filter the Yam well and add salt, coriander powder, chili powder and tamarind juice.
  4. Mix it well and start frying the yam.
  5. Now Yam Golden Fry is ready to be served.
