Ingredients
  1. Brinjal
  2. Green Chili
  3. Mustard
  4. Tamarind
  5. Salt
  6. Hing Powder
  7. Curry & coriander leaves
  8. Onion
  9. Oil
  10. Water
  11. Urad Dal
Procedure
  1. Pour some water in a Kadai, add chopped brinjal, green chili and Tamarind.
  2. Boil it for 5 minutes and collect the vegetables separately.
  3. Grind it in a mixer. Add Hind powder and salt.
  4. Pour some oil in a Kadai, mustard, urad dal, curry leaves and chopped onion.
  5. Now mix it with grinded brinjal.
  6. Brinjal Chutney is ready to be served with Idly / Dosa for breakfast.
