Ingredients
  1. Milk (பால்)
  2. Coconut Milk (தேங்காய் பால்)
  3. Water (நீர்)
  4. Rice flour (அரிசி மாவு)
  5. Jaggery (வெல்லம்)
  6. Salt (உப்பு)
  7. Cardamom Powder (ஏலக்காய் தூள்)
  8. Corn flour (சோள மாவு)
Procedure
  1. Pour some water in a pan and add jaggery. Stir it well until it is dissolved.
  2. Add a spoon of salt to the bowl of rice flour and pour some hot water. Mix it well and make it as soft dough.
  3. Make the dough as small balls.
  4. Pour some milk in a pan and drop the balls & close the lid.
  5. After 5 minutes, pour jaggery and add spoon of cardamom powder.
  6. Keep stirring it for 2 minutes and pour coconut milk.
  7. Mix some corn flour in a water & pour it to make it bit thicker.
  8. Paal kolukattai is ready.
