Ingredients
  1. Salt
  2. Kulambu Powder (Red Chili + Coriander Powder)
  3. Garam Masala
  4. Turmeric Powder
  5. Curry Leaves
  6. Coriander Leaves
  7. Ginger 1 piece
  8. Garlic 1
  9. Curd
  10. Tomato 2
  11. Onion 2
  12. Ladies Finger ¼ Kg
  13. Half Lemon
  14. Water
  15. Mustard 1 spoon
  16. Oil

Procedure
  1. Pour some oil in a pan, start frying the ¼ kg of chopped ladies finger and collect it in a separate plate.
  2. Add 1 spoon of mustard in the same pan, chopped garlic, curry leaves, chopped ginger, chopped onion, salt, turmeric powder, chopped tomato and close the lid.
  3. Open the lid after 2 minutes. Add Kulambu Powder (Red Chili + Coriander Powder) one and half spoon, garam masala, bowl of curd and close the lid.
  4. Open the lid after 2 minutes. Add half lemon juice, add fried ladies finger, coriander leaves.
  5. Ladies Finger Curd Curry is ready
