Ingredients
  1. Wheat 1 bowl
  2. Semolina (Rawa) 2 spoon
  3. Coriander Powder 1 spoon
  4. Salt
  5. Red Chili powder ½ spoon
  6. Turmeric Powder ½ spoon
  7. Hing Powder small pinch
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Ginger
  10. Scraped Coconut 2 spoon
  11. Onion 1 bowl
  12. Carrot 1 bowl
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Green Chili 4
  15. Garlic 5 pieces
  16. Water
  17. Cumin ½ spoon
  18. Oil

Procedure
  1. Add a bowl of wheat flour, add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing powder, garlic, green chili, carrot, onion, ginger, coconut, curry leaves, coriander leaves, rawa and cumin.
  2. Mix it like a dough for roti. Add water only if required. Close the lid and wait for 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes, apply some oil and mix it well.
  4. Apply some oil on the tawa and start frying the adai.
  5. Wait until it turns to golden brown color.
