கோலா மீன் கொழும்பு | Kola Fish Kulambu in Clay Pot - Cleaning & Kulambu preparation

Ingredients
  1. Kola Fish – 7
  2. Coriander Powder
  3. Red Chili Powder
  4. Vadagam
  5. Coconut Milk
  6. Turmeric Powder
  7. Green Chili 4
  8. Salt
  9. Tomato 2
  10. Onion 1
  11. Tamarind Juice
  12. Mango 1
  13. Water
  14. Oil
Procedure
  1. Cleaning Kola Fish
  2. Start cleaning the Kola fish and rip off the fish scale
  3. Chop off the head and start boiling it in a pan of water.
  4. After 5 minutes, strain the water and peel off the skin and also remove the spines.
  5. Procedure for Kulambu
  6. Start extracting tamarind juice, add 2 spoon of red chili powder, 3 spoon of coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well.
  7. Pour some oil in a clay pot, add vadagam, chopped onion, green chili, tomato, salt and pour kulambu mixture into it.
  8. Pour some coconut milk, add some chopped mango. 
  9. Open the lid after 5 minutes. Add the kola fish.
  10. Add coconut milk once again and close the lid.
  11. After 5 minutes, கோலா மீன் கொழும்பு | Kola Fish Kulambu in Clay Pot is ready
