Ingredients

1. 3 Potato / உருளைக்கிழங்கு
2. Half bowl of Onion / வெங்காயம்
3. Rice Flour / அரிசி மாவு
4. Refined Wheat Flour / மயித மாவு
5. Pepper powder / மிளகு தூள்
6. Salt / உப்பு
7. Tomato Sauce
8. Sesame oil / நல்லெண்ணெய்

Cooking Procedure
  • Peel the Potatoes
  • Chop the Potatoes as shown in the video
  • Grind the Potatoes along with half of bowl of peeled onions.
  • Add Salt (as per your requirement), half spoon of pepper powder, 1 spoon of Rice flour and 2 spoon of refined wheat flour
  • Place Pan on the stove and pour about 50 ml of Sesame Oil
  • Now start frying the mix as shown in the video
  • Wait until it turns into golden brown color
  • Potato Crispy Fry is ready to be served.
