Ingredients

1. 3 Onions / வெங்காயம்
2. 4 Tomato / தக்காளி
3. Bowl of Cashew / முந்திரிப்பருப்பு
4. Bowl of Milk / பால்
5. Oil / நல்லெண்ணெய்
6. Cinnamon and Cloves / இலவங்கப்பட்டை கிராம்பு
7. Salt
8. Turmeric Powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
9. Ginger Paste / இஞ்சி விழுது
10. Curry Leaves / கறிவேப்பிலை
11. Paneer / பன்னீர்
12. Chili Powder / மிளகாய் தூள்
13. Butter / வெண்ணெய்
14. Fenu greek dry leaves / வெந்தயம் இலைகள்

Cooking Process
1. Chop 1 Onion and 1 Tomato and grind it in a mixer
2. Add a bowl of cashew nut & milk and grind it a mixer
3. Chop 2 Onion
4. Chop 3 Tomato
5. Pour Oil in a Tawa. Add Cinnamon & Cloves, Chopped Onion, Salt (As per your requirement) and 2 spoon of Turmeric Powder
6. Add Ginger Paste and Curry Leaves
7. Add Chopped Tomato
8. Add 3 spoon of Chili Powder
9. Add grinded Onion Tomato paste
10. Add grinded Cashew milk paste
11. Add Butter
12. Chop and add the paneer
13. Spread Fenu Greek dry leaves
14. Now roast Pav Bhaji Bun with little butter
Pav Bhaji with Paneer Butter Masala is ready to be serverd. Spread some scraped cheese over it for presentation. Best to have it with Naan and Fried Rice. You can also have it as an evening snack along with roasted Pav Bhaji Bun as shown in the video.
