Ingredients
1. Bread
2. 1 Chopped Onion / வெங்காயம்
3. 2 Chopped Green Chili / பச்சை மிளகாய்
4. Small piece of Chopped Ginger / இஞ்சி
5. Chopped Curry Leaves and Coriander / கறிவேப்பிலை & கொத்துமல்லி தழை
6. Rice Flour / அரிசி மாவு
7. Salt
8. Water / தண்ணீர்
9. Oil / நல்லெண்ணெய்

Cooking Process
1. Break the bread slices as shown in the video
2. Pour some water into it and mix it well using your hand
3. Add 2 spoon of Rice Flour and mixt it well
4. Add Chopped Onion, Green Chili, Ginger, Curry & Coriander leaves and salt as per your requirement
5. Pour some oil in the tawa and start frying Bread Vadai as shown in the video

Bread Vadai is ready to be served. Very simple and easy to make vadai. It takes just few minutes to prepare crispy yummy delicious vadai. Can have it as Evening Snack and have it along with your breakfast or lunch. Coconut Chutney or Tomato sauce is very good combination to have this Bread Vadai.
