Ingredients
  1. Chick Peas
  2. Green chili
  3. Ginger
  4. Garlic
  5. Baking soda
  6. Salt
  7. Bread crumbs
  8. Fennel powder
  9. Pepper powder
  10. Garam masala
  11. Corn flour
  12. Spring onion leaves
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Oil
  15. Water

Procedure
  1. Chick peas allowed to immersed in water for at least 4 hours and grinded.
  2. Grind garlic, ginger and green chili and mix it with grinded chick peas.
  3. Grind Spring onion leaves and mix it with grinded chick peas.
  4. Grind Coriander leaves and mix it with grinded chick peas.
  5. Add salt, baking soda, bread crumbs, fennel powder, garam masala, corn flour and mix it well.
  6. Start frying
  7. Falafel vada is ready to be served.
