Falafel – Dubai Vada
Ingredients
- Chick Peas
- Green chili
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Baking soda
- Salt
- Bread crumbs
- Fennel powder
- Pepper powder
- Garam masala
- Corn flour
- Spring onion leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Oil
- Water
- Chick peas allowed to immersed in water for at least 4 hours and grinded.
- Grind garlic, ginger and green chili and mix it with grinded chick peas.
- Grind Spring onion leaves and mix it with grinded chick peas.
- Grind Coriander leaves and mix it with grinded chick peas.
- Add salt, baking soda, bread crumbs, fennel powder, garam masala, corn flour and mix it well.
- Start frying
- Falafel vada is ready to be served.
