Ingredients
- Poppy seeds (கச கச)
- Salt (உப்பு)
- Coriander powder (மல்லி தூள்)
- 3 Egg (à®®ுட்டை)
- Chopped Onion (வெà®™்காயம்)
- Chopped Tomato (தக்காளி)
- Ginger Garlic Paste (இஞ்சி பூண்டு விà®´ுது)
- Garam Masala (கரம் மசாலா)
- Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள் தூள்)
- Pepper powder (à®®ிளகு தூள்)
- Coconut (தேà®™்காய்)
- Green Chili (பச்சை à®®ிளகாய்)
- Curry Leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை)
- Fennel (பெà®°ுஞ்சீரகம்)
- Oil (எண்ணெய்)
- Water (நீà®°்)
- Mustard (கடுகு)
- Split Bengal gram (Kadalaparupu)
- Pour some oil in a tawa, add Green Chili (பச்சை à®®ிளகாய்) and fry it for few seconds & keep it aside
- Add Coconut (தேà®™்காய்), Tomato (தக்காளி), Chopped Onion (வெà®™்காயம்), fried Green Chili (பச்சை à®®ிளகாய்), Fennel (பெà®°ுஞ்சீரகம்), and Poppy seeds (கச கச) in a mixer and grind it well which will be your core masala paste for this recipe.
- Pour some oil in a tawa, add Mustard (கடுகு), Split Bengal gram (Kadalaparupu), Curry Leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை), Chopped Onion (வெà®™்காயம்), Ginger Garlic Paste (இஞ்சி பூண்டு விà®´ுது), Salt (உப்பு), Chopped Tomato (தக்காளி), Coriander powder (மல்லி தூள்), Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள் தூள்), Garam Masala (கரம் மசாலா), grinded masala paste and stir it well. If required add Water (நீà®°்).
- Allow to boil for few seconds and add 3 Egg (à®®ுட்டை) into it.
- After 5 minutes, Egg Kulambu (Egg Curry) is ready to be served.
