Ingredients

  1. Bread
  2. Sugar
  3. Lemon Juice
  4. Milk
  5. Salt
  6. Oil
  7. Water
  8. Ghee
  9. Cardamom


Procedure
  1. Cut the edges of the bread slices and grind it.
  2. Add a bowl of milk, spoon of ghee and kneed it for 5 minutes.
  3. Make it as smooth dough and prepare small sized balls
  4. Start frying the balls and keep it aside
  5. Add a bowl of sugar in a tawa, cardamom, salt, Lemon Juice and boil it for 15 minutes.
  6. Now add the balls into it and should be immersed for whole night.
  7. Serve the delicious sweet Bread Gulab Jamun.
