Bread Gulab Jamun – Diwali Special Sweet
Procedure
- Cut the edges of the bread slices and grind it.
- Add a bowl of milk, spoon of ghee and kneed it for 5 minutes.
- Make it as smooth dough and prepare small sized balls
- Start frying the balls and keep it aside
- Add a bowl of sugar in a tawa, cardamom, salt, Lemon Juice and boil it for 15 minutes.
- Now add the balls into it and should be immersed for whole night.
- Serve the delicious sweet Bread Gulab Jamun.
