Idly is a South Indian Traditional breakfast. Idly goes well with sambar & other chutneys. However Idly podi is mostly preferred in the villages in South Tamil Nadu. Along with sambar & chutney, idly podi is also served with idly. Like me, most of them would enjoy having it mixed with sambar & experience the softness of idly with spicy taste of idly podi and sambar. If you are foodie, my sincere suggestion would be to taste idly dipped with Sambar & idly podi together.
