Pidi Karunai Kizhangu Kuzhambu (Yam)
Ingredients
- Curry Leaves
- Onion Vadagam (Seasoned Onion)
- Salt
- Tamarind
- Turmeric Powder – half spoon
- Pidi Karunai Kizhangu (Yam) 2 piece
- Kuzhambu Chili Powder (Red Chili mixed with Coriander Powder) – 4 spoon
- Small Onion – 1 bowl
- Garlic – slightly less than half bowl
- Tomato – 3
- Green Chili 1
- Oil
- Pour some water in a cooker & little bit of salt and start boiling Pidi Karunai Kizhangu (Yam) 2 piece. Wait for at least 4 whistle.
- Peel the skin and chop into small pieces.
- Now extract Tamarind juice and half spoon of turmeric powder, salt, Kuzhambu Chili Powder (Red Chili mixed with Coriander Powder) 4 spoon and mix it well.
- Pour some oil in a tawa, add Onion Vadagam (Seasoned Onion), curry leaves, small onion 1 bowl, garlic slightly less than half bowl, green chili 1, tomato 3 and add boiled Pidi Karunai Kizhangu (Yam).
- Pour Tamarind Juice mixture and mix it well. Close the Lid and open it after 5 minutes.
- Pidi Karunai Kizhangu Kuzhambu (Yam) is ready
