Ingredients
  1. Curry Leaves
  2. Onion Vadagam (Seasoned Onion)
  3. Salt
  4. Tamarind
  5. Turmeric Powder – half spoon
  6. Pidi Karunai Kizhangu (Yam) 2 piece
  7. Kuzhambu Chili Powder (Red Chili mixed with Coriander Powder) – 4 spoon
  8. Small Onion – 1 bowl
  9. Garlic – slightly less than half bowl
  10. Tomato – 3 
  11. Green Chili 1
  12. Oil
Procedure
  1. Pour some water in a cooker & little bit of salt and start boiling Pidi Karunai Kizhangu (Yam) 2 piece. Wait for at least 4 whistle.
  2. Peel the skin and chop into small pieces.
  3. Now extract Tamarind juice and half spoon of turmeric powder, salt, Kuzhambu Chili Powder (Red Chili mixed with Coriander Powder) 4 spoon and mix it well.
  4. Pour some oil in a tawa, add Onion Vadagam (Seasoned Onion), curry leaves, small onion 1 bowl, garlic slightly less than half bowl, green chili 1, tomato 3 and add boiled Pidi Karunai Kizhangu (Yam).
  5. Pour Tamarind Juice mixture and mix it well. Close the Lid and open it after 5 minutes.
  6. Pidi Karunai Kizhangu Kuzhambu (Yam) is ready
