Ingredients
  1. Hing powder 1/2 spoon
  2. Turmeric Powder 1 spoon
  3. Fennel 1 spoon
  4. Cumin 1 spoon
  5. Salt
  6. Chopped Ginger small piece
  7. 10 chopped Garlic
  8. 1 chopped Onion 
  9. 4 chopped Green Chili 
  10. Curry leaves
  11. 1 cup Sprouted Chickpeas (Kondaikadalai)
  12. 1 cup Sprouted moong dal (Pachaipayaru)
  13. 1 cup of Idli Rice (Pacharisi)
  14. Dried red Chili 3
  15. Oil 
  16. Water
Procedure
  1. Start blending 1 cup of soaked Idli Rice (Pacharisi), add 1 spoon of Cumin, 1 spoon of Fennel, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, ½ spoon of hing powder, 3 dried red chili and salt.
  2. Pour some water while blending, add 1 cup Sprouted Chickpeas (Kondaikadalai) and have it in a separate container.
  3. Start blending 1 cup Sprouted moong dal (Pachaipayaru), pour some water while blending. Mix it with chickpeas.
  4. Add 1 chopped Onion, Chopped Ginger small piece, 10 chopped Garlic, 4 chopped Green Chili, Curry leaves and mix it well.
  5. Apply some oil on the hot pan and start spreading the adai.
  6. Apply some oil around the edges and flip until becomes golden brown color.
  7. Mulaikattiya Adai | Sprouted Grain Adai is ready
