Mulaikattiya Payaru Adai | Sprouted Grain Adai
Ingredients
- Hing powder 1/2 spoon
- Turmeric Powder 1 spoon
- Fennel 1 spoon
- Cumin 1 spoon
- Salt
- Chopped Ginger small piece
- 10 chopped Garlic
- 1 chopped Onion
- 4 chopped Green Chili
- Curry leaves
- 1 cup Sprouted Chickpeas (Kondaikadalai)
- 1 cup Sprouted moong dal (Pachaipayaru)
- 1 cup of Idli Rice (Pacharisi)
- Dried red Chili 3
- Oil
- Water
- Start blending 1 cup of soaked Idli Rice (Pacharisi), add 1 spoon of Cumin, 1 spoon of Fennel, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, ½ spoon of hing powder, 3 dried red chili and salt.
- Pour some water while blending, add 1 cup Sprouted Chickpeas (Kondaikadalai) and have it in a separate container.
- Start blending 1 cup Sprouted moong dal (Pachaipayaru), pour some water while blending. Mix it with chickpeas.
- Add 1 chopped Onion, Chopped Ginger small piece, 10 chopped Garlic, 4 chopped Green Chili, Curry leaves and mix it well.
- Apply some oil on the hot pan and start spreading the adai.
- Apply some oil around the edges and flip until becomes golden brown color.
- Mulaikattiya Adai | Sprouted Grain Adai is ready
