Potato Saucy Cutlet
Ingredients
- 3 Boiled and peeled Potatoes
- Gram Flour
- 2 Chopped Onion
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Curd
- 2 chopped green Chili
- Garam Masala Powder
- Corn Flour
- Red Chili Powder
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Curry Leaves
- Oil
- Water
Cooking Procedure
- Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes
- Add 3 spoon of Curd
- Add 1 spoon of Ginger Garlic Paste, 2 spoon of gram flour, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, salt (as per your requirement) 1 spoon of Garam Masala, red chili powder, 2 chopped green chili, 2 spoon of corn flour, 2 chopped onion and curry leaves.
- Pour some in the hot pan and start frying the cutlet
- Now Potato Saucy Cutlet is ready to be served.
