Vegetable Roll
Ingredients
- Refined Wheat Flour
- Chopped Potato
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Tomato
- Onion
- Capsicum
- Beans
- Chopped Carrot
- Rava
- Garam Masala
- Chili Powder
- Turmeric powder
- Corn Flour powder
- Ghee
- Baking powder
- Salt
- Curd
- Oil
- Water
Cooking Procedure
- Add bowl of refined wheat flour, baking powder, salt, ghee, curd and mix it well.
- Pour some into the pan, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, chopped tomato, garam masala, chili powder, bowl of chopped beans, chopped potato, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot and pour some water and allow it to boil.
- Stuff the vegetables and dip the roll in refined wheat mixed with water
- Roll it in the semolina and start frying it.
