Chicken Biryani
Ingredients
- Bowl of Chicken
- Basmati Rice
- Curry and coriander leaves
- Onion
- Tomato
- Green chili
- Chili powder
- Garam masala
- Lemon
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Ghee
- Ginger Garlic paste
- Oil
- Water
- Fennel, Cinnamon, Cardamom and cloves
- Pour some oil, ghee and add fennel, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in the cooker.
- Then add chopped onion, curry & coriander leaves, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, green chili, chopped tomato, chili powder, garam masala.
- Squeeze little bit of lemon juice
- Add bowl of chicken
- Pour some water and add bowl of basmati rice
- Close the lid and wait for 2 whistle blow
- Now Chicken Biryani is ready to be served
