Paneer (fresh cheese) Manchurian
Ingredients
- Paneer / Fresh Cheese
- Chopped Green Capsicum
- Tomato Sauce
- Soya Sauce
- Tuermeric powder
- Salt
- Chopped Onion
- Garam Masala
- Chili powder
- Corn Flour
- Rice Flour
- Refined Wheat Flour
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Curry & Coriander leaves
- Mint Leaves
- Ghee
- Dry fennel leaves
- Oil
- Water
- Add chopped paneer in a bowl and add corn flour, rice flour, refined wheat flour, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and chili powder.
- Pour some water and mix it well
- Pour some oil in the pan and start frying the paneer.
- Once again pour some oil and Ghee
- Add Chopped Onion, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, green capsicum, turmeric powder, garam masala, chili powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce and fried paneer.
