Ribbon Chips (Ribbon Pakkoda) Diwali Special
Ingredients
- Butter
- Red Chili Powder
- Salt
- Hing powder
- Rice Flour
- Split Bengal gram flour
- Roasted Gram flour
- Carom seed powder
- Baking Soda
- In 3 bowl of Rice flour, add split Bengal gram flour, Carom seed powder, salt, red chili powder, butter and kneed it.
- Add Hing Powder, water, Baking Soda and make it smooth dough
- Apply some oil inner surface of the chips making pistol to avoid getting stuck while shooting into the oil.
- Load the dough in the pistol and start shooting it the hot oil.
- Ribbon Chips is ready!!!
