Ingredients
  1. Ragi Powder (கேழ்வரகு)
  2. Jaggery (வெல்லம்)
  3. Peanuts (வேர்கடலை)
  4. Cardamom Powder (ஏலக்காய் பொடி)
  5. Salt (உப்பு)
  6. Water (நீர்)
Procedure
  1. Add Salt (உப்பு) to the Ragi Powder (கேழ்வரகு) & mix it well.
  2. Pour some Water (நீர்) and mix it well.
  3. Start boiling it in an idli cooker and open the lid after 5 minutes.
  4. Partially Grind Ragi Powder (கேழ்வரகு), Jaggery (வெல்லம்) & Peanuts (வேர்கடலை).
  5. Add some Cardamom Powder (ஏலக்காய் பொடி) and mix it well.
  6. Now make it as ball.
  7. Kevuru / Kezhvaragu Urundai / Ragi Balls is ready
