Herbal Drink (Kashayam) For Cold | Traditional Method

Ingredients
  1. Plectranthus amboinicus Leaves (Omavalli)
  2. Holy Basil (Thulasi)
  3. Drumstick Leaves (Murungai keerai)
  4. Betel Leaves (Vethalai)
  5. Solanum trilobatum (Thoothuvalai)
  6. Cumin
  7. Carom Seeds
  8. Dried Ginger
  9. Pepper
  10. Jaggery
Procedure
  1. Pour some water in a vessel and boil it for some time.
  2. Take Cumin, Carom Seeds, Dried Ginger and Pepper in pestle and mortar and smash it well.
  3. Then add it in boiling water
  4. Now add Drumstick Leaves (Murungai keerai), Betel Leaves (Vethalai), Solanum trilobatum (Thoothuvalai), Holy Basil (Thulasi), Plectranthus amboinicus Leaves (Omavalli)
  5. Add some Jaggery and mix it well.
  6. After 10 minutes of boiling, filter it.
  7. Herbal Drink (Kashayam) For Cold is ready
