Ingredients
  1. Coconut – 1
  2. Water
  3. Soaked Black gram (Ulundhu) 100 grams
  4. Soaked Fenugreek (Vendhayam) 2 spoon
  5. Garlic (Poondu) – 10 pieces
  6. Jaggery (Vellam) – 2 pieces
  7. Salt – 1 spoon
  8. Cumin (Jeeragam) 1 spoon
  9. Cardamom 5
Procedure
  1. Add Soaked Black gram (Ulundhu) 100 grams in a cooker, Soaked Fenugreek (Vendhayam) 2 spoon, Cumin (Jeeragam) 1 spoon, Garlic (Poondu) – 10 pieces, Salt – 1 spoon, pour Water and allow it boil upto 3 whistle
  2. Start grinding one full Coconut and pour some water and filter coconut milk.
  3. Pour some water in a pan, add Jaggery (Vellam) – 2 pieces and boil until it dissolves. Pour and filter it in a bowl.
  4. Add smashed 5 Cardamom in boiled Ulundhu and pour Jaggery. Finally pour coconut milk and mix it well.
