Home Made Mango Pudding (Jelly) | Easy to make Dessert
Ingredients
- China Grass (Agar Agar / Kadal Paasi) – ½ bowl
- Sugar – 4 spoon
- Cardamom – 1 pinch
- Mango – 1 bowl
- Milk – 1 glass
- Mango food color – 1 drop
- Water
Procedure
- Soak half bowl of China Grass (Agar Agar / Kadal Paasi).
- Boil 1 glass of milk and add soaked china grass and mix it well.
- Blend 1 bowl of Mango with 4 spoon of sugar and one pinch of Cardamom and mix it with boiling milk.
- Add 1 drop of Mango food color.
- Pour it in a bowl and keep it in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
