Ingredients
  1. China Grass (Agar Agar / Kadal Paasi) – ½ bowl
  2. Sugar – 4 spoon
  3. Cardamom – 1 pinch
  4. Mango – 1 bowl
  5. Milk – 1 glass
  6. Mango food color – 1 drop
  7. Water
Procedure
  1. Soak half bowl of China Grass (Agar Agar / Kadal Paasi).
  2. Boil 1 glass of milk and add soaked china grass and mix it well.
  3. Blend 1 bowl of Mango with 4 spoon of sugar and one pinch of Cardamom and mix it with boiling milk.
  4. Add 1 drop of Mango food color.
  5. Pour it in a bowl and keep it in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
