Ingredients
  1. Butter
  2. Salt
  3. Cardamom Powder
  4. Red Chili Powder 1 spoon
  5. Half Lemon Juice
  6. Tomato 12
  7. Jaggery 1 bowl
  8. Water
Procedure
  1. Pour some water in the tawa, add 12 Tomatoes and close the lid. 
  2. Open the lid after 5 minutes and peel the skin.
  3. Start grinding the tomatoes and pour it in a tawa. Add salt, red chili powder 1 spoon and close the lid.
  4. Open the lid after 5 minutes, mix it well.
  5. Pour half lemon juice and keep it aside.
  6. Pour some water in a pan, add 1 bowl of jaggery.
  7. Allow the jaggery to melt completely and then pour it into the Tomato Jam.
  8. Add Cardamom Powder, butter and keep stirring it until it become slightly harden.
