Home Made Tomato Jam
Ingredients
- Butter
- Salt
- Cardamom Powder
- Red Chili Powder 1 spoon
- Half Lemon Juice
- Tomato 12
- Jaggery 1 bowl
- Water
- Pour some water in the tawa, add 12 Tomatoes and close the lid.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes and peel the skin.
- Start grinding the tomatoes and pour it in a tawa. Add salt, red chili powder 1 spoon and close the lid.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes, mix it well.
- Pour half lemon juice and keep it aside.
- Pour some water in a pan, add 1 bowl of jaggery.
- Allow the jaggery to melt completely and then pour it into the Tomato Jam.
- Add Cardamom Powder, butter and keep stirring it until it become slightly harden.
