Ingredients
  1. Hing Powder
  2. Curry Leaves
  3. Mint Leaves
  4. Green Chili
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste
  6. Soaked Poppy Seeds (Kasakasa)
  7. Cashew nuts
  8. Bread crumbs
  9. White Flour (Maida)
  10. Corn Flour
  11. Salt
  12. Boiled Potato
  13. Garam Masala
  14. Coriander Powder
  15. Onion
  16. Cumin
  17. Ghee
  18. Red Chili Powder
  19. Oil
  20. Water
  21. Palak Spinach
  22. Paneer
Procedure
  1. Add 2 spoon of Ghee in a tawa, 1 bowl of chopped Onion and keep stirring it until it become golden brown color & keep it aside
  2. Pour some ghee in a tawa, add 1 spoon of Cumin, add 1 bowl of chopped Onion, 1 bowl of Palak Spinach.
  3. Smash the boiled potato, mix 1 bowl of Paneer and make it as soft dough.
  4. Add 1 spoon of Ginger garlic paste, salt, ½ spoon of hing powder, 1 spoon of garam masala, 1 spoon of red chili powder, 1 spoon of coriander powder, 2 spoon of corn flour, 2 spoon of white flour (maida), green chili, mint leave, curry leaves, add some bread crumbs & mix it well.
  5. Now add prepared Palak Spinach and mix it well.
  6. Grind fried onion and keep it aside
  7. Grind Poppy seeds, Cumin, bowl of cashew and keep it aside
  8. Add some water in a corn flour
  9. Make balls, dip it in corn flour mix and rotate it in bread crumbs
  10. Pour some oil in a tawa and start frying the balls.
  11. Pour some ghee in a tawa, add curry leaves, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, masala paste, pour some water, salt, 2 spoon of garam masala, coriander powder, 2 spoon of red chili powder, grinded cashew paste and on low flame for 5 mins.
  12. Add fried balls in the gravy and spread some curry leave and mint leaves, mayonnaise.
  13. Palak Paneer Balls gravy with Roti is ready
