Palak Paneer Balls gravy with Roti
Ingredients
- Hing Powder
- Curry Leaves
- Mint Leaves
- Green Chili
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Soaked Poppy Seeds (Kasakasa)
- Cashew nuts
- Bread crumbs
- White Flour (Maida)
- Corn Flour
- Salt
- Boiled Potato
- Garam Masala
- Coriander Powder
- Onion
- Cumin
- Ghee
- Red Chili Powder
- Oil
- Water
- Palak Spinach
- Paneer
- Add 2 spoon of Ghee in a tawa, 1 bowl of chopped Onion and keep stirring it until it become golden brown color & keep it aside
- Pour some ghee in a tawa, add 1 spoon of Cumin, add 1 bowl of chopped Onion, 1 bowl of Palak Spinach.
- Smash the boiled potato, mix 1 bowl of Paneer and make it as soft dough.
- Add 1 spoon of Ginger garlic paste, salt, ½ spoon of hing powder, 1 spoon of garam masala, 1 spoon of red chili powder, 1 spoon of coriander powder, 2 spoon of corn flour, 2 spoon of white flour (maida), green chili, mint leave, curry leaves, add some bread crumbs & mix it well.
- Now add prepared Palak Spinach and mix it well.
- Grind fried onion and keep it aside
- Grind Poppy seeds, Cumin, bowl of cashew and keep it aside
- Add some water in a corn flour
- Make balls, dip it in corn flour mix and rotate it in bread crumbs
- Pour some oil in a tawa and start frying the balls.
- Pour some ghee in a tawa, add curry leaves, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, masala paste, pour some water, salt, 2 spoon of garam masala, coriander powder, 2 spoon of red chili powder, grinded cashew paste and on low flame for 5 mins.
- Add fried balls in the gravy and spread some curry leave and mint leaves, mayonnaise.
