Cashew Pakoda is always been favorite snack for most of us. It is crispy and fried cashew with other ingredients creates magic in your mouth. Preparing this snack at home is very easy and in few minutes you can treat your friends & family with this amazing snack.
  1. Ingredients
  2. Cashew 1 bowl
  3. Turmeric Powder ½ spoon
  4. Hing Powder ½ spoon
  5. Salt
  6. Curry Leaves
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste 1 spoon
  8. Ghee 1 spoon 
  9. Red Chili Powder 1 spoon
  10. Baking Soda ½ spoon
  11. Coriander Seeds 1 spoon
  12. Fennel Seeds 1 spoon
  13. Carom Seeds 1 spoon
  14. Cumin 1 spoon 
  15. Rice Flour 1 bowl
  16. Gram Flour (Kadalai Maavu) 1 bowl 
  17. Oil
  18. Water
Procedure
  1. Add Baking Soda ½ spoon in a bowl, Ghee 1 spoon and mix it well. Add 1 bowl of Gram Flour (Kadalai Maavu), Rice Flour 1 bowl and mix it well.
  2. Add Coriander Seeds 1 spoon, Fennel Seeds 1 spoon, Carom Seeds 1 spoon, Cumin 1 spoon and smash it & make it as powder
  3. Add Salt, Turmeric Powder ½ spoon, Hing Powder ½ spoon, Red Chili Powder 1 spoon, Ginger Garlic Paste 1 spoon, Curry Leaves and smashed ingredients & mix it well.
  4. Pour some water and mix it with your hands. Add Cashew 1 bowl
  5. Start frying it in an oil until it becomes golden color.
  6. Hot crispy Cashew Pakoda | Munthiri Pakoda is ready
