Ingredients
  1. 3 Chopped Onion
  2. Chopped Curry leaves
  3. 10 pieces of chopped garlic
  4. 3 chopped green chili
  5. 1 pieces of chopped ginger
  6. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  7. Hing powder 1 spoon
  8. Salt
  9. Dried Red Chili 4 
  10. Fennel 1 spoon
  11. Cumin 1 spoon
  12. Chopped Valaipoo / Banana Flower 1
  13. Soaked Kadalaiparuppu (Bengal gram) 1 cup
  14. Oil
  15. Water
Procedure
  1. Start blending Chopped Valaipoo / Banana Flower and have it in a bowl.
  2. Start blending Soaked Kadalaiparuppu (Bengal gram) 1 cup, along with cumin 1 spoon, fennel 1 spoon, turmeric powder 1 spoon, hing powder 1 spoon, dried red chili 4 and crystal salt. Mix it with blended valaipoo / banana flower.
  3. Add chopped curry leaves, 10 pieces of chopped garlic, 1 pieces of chopped ginger, 3 chopped green chili and 3 Chopped Onion & mix it well.
  4. Start rolling it in vadai shape to fry.
  5. Pour some oil in a tawa and start frying until it becomes golden brown color.
  6. Valaipoo Vadai | Banana Flower Vadai is ready to be served.
