Valaipoo Vadai | Banana Flower Vadai
Ingredients
- 3 Chopped Onion
- Chopped Curry leaves
- 10 pieces of chopped garlic
- 3 chopped green chili
- 1 pieces of chopped ginger
- Turmeric powder 1 spoon
- Hing powder 1 spoon
- Salt
- Dried Red Chili 4
- Fennel 1 spoon
- Cumin 1 spoon
- Chopped Valaipoo / Banana Flower 1
- Soaked Kadalaiparuppu (Bengal gram) 1 cup
- Oil
- Water
- Start blending Chopped Valaipoo / Banana Flower and have it in a bowl.
- Start blending Soaked Kadalaiparuppu (Bengal gram) 1 cup, along with cumin 1 spoon, fennel 1 spoon, turmeric powder 1 spoon, hing powder 1 spoon, dried red chili 4 and crystal salt. Mix it with blended valaipoo / banana flower.
- Add chopped curry leaves, 10 pieces of chopped garlic, 1 pieces of chopped ginger, 3 chopped green chili and 3 Chopped Onion & mix it well.
- Start rolling it in vadai shape to fry.
- Pour some oil in a tawa and start frying until it becomes golden brown color.
- Valaipoo Vadai | Banana Flower Vadai is ready to be served.
