Ingredients
  1. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  2. Hing powder ½ spoon
  3. Fennel powder ½ spoon
  4. Cumin Powder ½ spoon
  5. Ginger Garlic paste 1 spoon
  6. Salt
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Red chili powder 1 spoon
  9. Gram flour 1/2 bowl
  10. Cauliflower
  11. Rice flour 1 spoon
  12. Water
  13. Oil
Procedure
  1. Add half spoon of turmeric powder in a water, salt and start boiling chopped Cauliflower.
  2. After 5 minutes, filter the water.
  3. Add ½ bowl of Gram flour, 1 spoon of rice flour, Red chili powder 1 spoon, Hing powder ½ spoon, Fennel powder ½ spoon, Cumin Powder ½ spoon, salt, Ginger Garlic paste 1 spoon in a bowl and mix it well.
  4. And then mix it with boiled Cauliflower.
  5. Add some oil in a tawa and start frying the pakoda.
  6. Cauliflower Pakoda is ready to be served
