Ingredients
  1. Red chili & Coriander Powder Mixture 1 spoon
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  3. Fennel Seeds 1 spoon
  4. Urad Dal 1 spoon
  5. Mustard 1 spoon
  6. Turmeric Powder ½ spoon
  7. Salt
  8. Tomato 1 bowl
  9. Coconut
  10. Garlic 10 pieces
  11. Brinjal
  12. Drumstick
  13. Onion 1 bowl
  14. Water
  15. Oil
  16. Curry Leaves

Procedure
  1. Pour some oil in a tawa, add 1 spoon of mustard, 1 spoon of urad dal, curry leaves, 1 bowl of chopped onion, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 bowl of tomato, 10 pieces of garlic, Turmeric Powder Mixture 1 spoon, salt and mix it well.
  2. Add chopped drumstick, pour some water and close lid.
  3. Start blending coconut, fennel seed 1 spoon, Red chili & Coriander Powder Mixture 1 spoon, pour some water and make it a paste.
  4. Open the lid after 5 minutes, add chopped brinjal, add blended masala paste and mix it well.
  5. Close the lid and open it after 5 minutes.
