Brinjal Drumstick Poriyal | Kathrika Murungaka Poriyal
Ingredients
- Red chili & Coriander Powder Mixture 1 spoon
- Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
- Fennel Seeds 1 spoon
- Urad Dal 1 spoon
- Mustard 1 spoon
- Turmeric Powder ½ spoon
- Salt
- Tomato 1 bowl
- Coconut
- Garlic 10 pieces
- Brinjal
- Drumstick
- Onion 1 bowl
- Water
- Oil
- Curry Leaves
- Pour some oil in a tawa, add 1 spoon of mustard, 1 spoon of urad dal, curry leaves, 1 bowl of chopped onion, 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 bowl of tomato, 10 pieces of garlic, Turmeric Powder Mixture 1 spoon, salt and mix it well.
- Add chopped drumstick, pour some water and close lid.
- Start blending coconut, fennel seed 1 spoon, Red chili & Coriander Powder Mixture 1 spoon, pour some water and make it a paste.
- Open the lid after 5 minutes, add chopped brinjal, add blended masala paste and mix it well.
- Close the lid and open it after 5 minutes.
