Add 1 bowl of Roasted gram flour (Pottukadalai), salt, ½ spoon of hing powder, 1 spoon of fennel powder, 1 spoon of cumin powder, 1 spoon of baking soda, 1 spoon of Red Chili powder, 2 spoon of Rice flour, 1 chopped onion, ginger, 1 chopped green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves and pour some oil.
Pour some water and mix it well. Make it as soft dough and make it as small balls.
Pour some oil in a tawa and start frying.

Milk
Dried Ginger Powder
Cardamom
Cinnamon
Jaggery
Tea Powder
Procedure for Masala Tea
Pour some water in a container, add Cinnamon, cardamom, dried ginger powder, 1 spoon of tea powder and finally pour 1 glass of milk.
Add 4 spoon of Jaggery and filter it after few minutes.
Masala Tea is ready
