Mysore Bonda with Masala Tea
Ingredients For Bonda
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Onion 1
- Ginger
- Green Chili 1
- Roasted Gram Flour (Pottukadalai) 1 bowl
- Rice Flour 2 spoon
- Red Chili Powder
- Salt
- Cumin Powder 1 spoon
- Hing Powder ½ spoon
- Fennel Powder 1 spoon
- Baking Soda 1 spoon
- Oil
- Water
- Add 1 bowl of Roasted gram flour (Pottukadalai), salt, ½ spoon of hing powder, 1 spoon of fennel powder, 1 spoon of cumin powder, 1 spoon of baking soda, 1 spoon of Red Chili powder, 2 spoon of Rice flour, 1 chopped onion, ginger, 1 chopped green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves and pour some oil.
- Pour some water and mix it well. Make it as soft dough and make it as small balls.
- Pour some oil in a tawa and start frying.
- Mysore Bonda is ready
- Milk
- Dried Ginger Powder
- Cardamom
- Cinnamon
- Jaggery
- Tea Powder
- Pour some water in a container, add Cinnamon, cardamom, dried ginger powder, 1 spoon of tea powder and finally pour 1 glass of milk.
- Add 4 spoon of Jaggery and filter it after few minutes.
- Masala Tea is ready
- Mysore Bonda with Masala Tea is ready to be served
