Manga Kothavarangai Kathirikai Vatha Sambar |Innovative Recipe
Ingredients
- Kulambu Chili Powder
- Tamarind Juice
- Toor Dal - Thuvaram Paruppu
- Vadagam
- Coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Onion
- Tomato
- Hing Powder
- Turmeric powder
- Dried Cluster beans (Kothavarangai)
- Dried Brinjal (Kathirikai)
- Dried Mangao (Mangai)
- Oil
- Water
- Soak the Dried Cluster beans (Kothavarangai), Dried Brinjal (Kathirikai) and Dried Mangao (Mangai)
- Add bowl of Toor Dal - Thuvaram Paruppu in a cooker, pour some water, oil and turmeric powder. Open the lid after 5 whistle.
- Add chopped tomato, onion, soaked dried vatha, Kulambu Chili Powder, tamarind juice, hing powder, water.
- Pour some oil, add Vadagam, curry leaves and pour in the sambar.
- Add some coriander leaves.
- Manga Kothavarangai Kathirikai Vatha Sambar is ready
