Ingredients
  1. Kulambu Chili Powder
  2. Tamarind Juice
  3. Toor Dal - Thuvaram Paruppu
  4. Vadagam
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Salt
  8. Onion
  9. Tomato
  10. Hing Powder
  11. Turmeric powder
  12. Dried Cluster beans (Kothavarangai)
  13. Dried Brinjal (Kathirikai)
  14. Dried Mangao (Mangai)
  15. Oil
  16. Water

Procedure
  1. Soak the Dried Cluster beans (Kothavarangai), Dried Brinjal (Kathirikai) and Dried Mangao (Mangai)
  2. Add bowl of Toor Dal - Thuvaram Paruppu in a cooker, pour some water, oil and turmeric powder. Open the lid after 5 whistle.
  3. Add chopped tomato, onion, soaked dried vatha, Kulambu Chili Powder, tamarind juice, hing powder, water.
  4. Pour some oil, add Vadagam, curry leaves and pour in the sambar.
  5. Add some coriander leaves.
  6. Manga Kothavarangai Kathirikai Vatha Sambar is ready
