Ingredients
  1. Scraped Coconut
  2. Soaked Idli Rice 1 bowl
  3. Hing Powder
  4. Oil
  5. Cumin
  6. Black Pepper
  7. Salt
  8. Water
Procedure
  1. Grind the bowl of soaked Idli rice, pour some water if required. Batter is prepared.
  2. Smash the cumin and pepper and that into the batter.
  3. Add salt and hing powder and mix it well.
  4. Add some scraped coconut.
  5. Start frying it on the pan.
  6. Pepper Adai is ready
