- Scraped Coconut
- Soaked Idli Rice 1 bowl
- Hing Powder
- Oil
- Cumin
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- Water
- Grind the bowl of soaked Idli rice, pour some water if required. Batter is prepared.
- Smash the cumin and pepper and that into the batter.
- Add salt and hing powder and mix it well.
- Add some scraped coconut.
- Start frying it on the pan.
