White Oyster Mushroom Manchurian | காளான் மஞ்சூரியன்
Ingredients
- Onion 2
- Soya Sauce 1 spoon
- Yellow Capsicum ½
- Turmeric powder 1 spoon
- Garam Masala 1 spoon
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 spoon
- Salt
- Red chili powder
- Coriander Powder 1 spoon
- Red Capsicum ½
- Tomato Sauce
- Tomato 2
- Green capsicum ½
- Grinded Onion 2
- Grinded Tomato 2
- Corn Flour 1 spoon
- White Oyster Mushroom
- Oil
- Water
- Start cleansing the mushroom and chop it.
- Pour some oil in the pan and add onion & fry it until it becomes golden brown color.
- Add tomato, salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, and pour grinded onion, grinded tomato, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix it well.
- Add yellow capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum and pour some water & close the lid.
- Add mushroom after 2 minutes and close the lid again.
- Pour some soya sauce and tomato sauce.
- Mix half spoon of corn flour in the water and pour it in the Manchurian.
