கோதுமை அடை | Wheat Adai
Ingredients
- Wheat 1 bowl
- Semolina (Rawa) 2 spoon
- Coriander Powder 1 spoon
- Salt
- Red Chili powder ½ spoon
- Turmeric Powder ½ spoon
- Hing Powder small pinch
- Curry leaves
- Ginger
- Scraped Coconut 2 spoon
- Onion 1 bowl
- Carrot 1 bowl
- Coriander leaves
- Green Chili 4
- Garlic 5 pieces
- Water
- Cumin ½ spoon
- Oil
- Add a bowl of wheat flour, add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing powder, garlic, green chili, carrot, onion, ginger, coconut, curry leaves, coriander leaves, rawa and cumin.
- Mix it like a dough for roti. Add water only if required. Close the lid and wait for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, apply some oil and mix it well.
- Apply some oil on the tawa and start frying the adai.
- Wait until it turns to golden brown color.
