Ingredients
- Brinjal
- Green Chili
- Mustard
- Tamarind
- Salt
- Hing Powder
- Curry & coriander leaves
- Onion
- Oil
- Water
- Urad Dal
- Pour some water in a Kadai, add chopped brinjal, green chili and Tamarind.
- Boil it for 5 minutes and collect the vegetables separately.
- Grind it in a mixer. Add Hind powder and salt.
- Pour some oil in a Kadai, mustard, urad dal, curry leaves and chopped onion.
- Now mix it with grinded brinjal.
- Brinjal Chutney is ready to be served with Idly / Dosa for breakfast.
