Chou Chou Kootu (Curry) Lunch Recipe with Health Benefits || Indian Curry
Ingredients
- Chopped Chou Chou
- Chopped Tomato
- Chopped Onion
- Turmeric Powder
- Salt
- Chili Powder
- Curry & Coriander leaves
- Green Chili
- Oil
- Water
- Coriander Powder
- Moong Dhal
- Mustard
- Urad Dal
- Pour some water in a pressure cooker, add Moong Dhal, chopped chou chou, Tomato, Green Chili, Coriander Powder, Red Chili Powder, Salt and Turmeric powder.
- Close the lid of the pressure cooker and boil it for 5 minutes.
- Pour some oil in a Kadai, add Mustard, Urad Dal, chopped onion & curry leaves and Chou Chou curry into it.
- Mix it well & ready to be served with your meal.
