Paal kolukattai (with Jaggery & Coconut Milk) | Indian Dessert using rice flour & coconut milk
Ingredients
- Milk (பால்)
- Coconut Milk (தேங்காய் பால்)
- Water (நீர்)
- Rice flour (அரிசி மாவு)
- Jaggery (வெல்லம்)
- Salt (உப்பு)
- Cardamom Powder (ஏலக்காய் தூள்)
- Corn flour (சோள மாவு)
- Pour some water in a pan and add jaggery. Stir it well until it is dissolved.
- Add a spoon of salt to the bowl of rice flour and pour some hot water. Mix it well and make it as soft dough.
- Make the dough as small balls.
- Pour some milk in a pan and drop the balls & close the lid.
- After 5 minutes, pour jaggery and add spoon of cardamom powder.
- Keep stirring it for 2 minutes and pour coconut milk.
- Mix some corn flour in a water & pour it to make it bit thicker.
- Paal kolukattai is ready.
