Ingredients
  1. Oil (எண்ணெய்)
  2. Dosa Batter (தோசை மாவு)
  3. Pearl Millet (கம்பு)
  4. Salt (உப்பு)
  5. Water (நீர்)
Procedure
  1. Have Pearl Millet (கம்பு) in a bowl, pour some Dosa Batter (தோசை மாவு), add Salt (உப்பு)
  2. Pour some Water (நீர்) and mix it well
  3. Apply Oil (எண்ணெய்) on dosa tawa, pour batter mix in circular motion.
  4. Pour few drops of Oil (எண்ணெய்) and toss it both side until it becomes golden brown color.
  5. Kambu Dosa is ready
