Add bowl of Small Sago (சவ்வரிசி) in a bowl of Idli Batter (இட்லி மாவு) and mix it well.
Close the lid and allow it to soak for 3 hours.
Add 1/2 spoon of Asafetida (பெருங்காயம்), 1 spoon of Cumin (சீரகம்), 3 Green Chili (பச்சை மிளகாய்), small piece of Ginger (இஞ்சி), 2 Onion (வெங்காயம்), Curry Leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை), Salt (உப்பு) and mix it well.
Start making the batter into small balls.
Pour some Oil (எண்ணெய்) in a tawa and start frying the balls.
