Start chopping the Purple Amaranth (முளைக் கீரை) and cleanse it in a water
Pour some Water (நீர்) in a cooker
Add 20 Peeled Garlic (பூண்டு), 1 spoon of Salt (உப்பு), Chopped Purple Amaranth (முளைக் கீரை) and close the lid.
Open the lid after 5 minutes and ensure the spinach is boiled well.
Start grinding the boiled spinach and take in a bowl.
Pour some Oil (எண்ணெய்) and 1 spoon of Mustard (கடுகு), 1 spoon of Black gram (முழு உளுந்து), 1 Dried Red Chili (உலர்ந்த சிவப்பு மிளகாய்) and pour it on spinach.
