Ingredients
  1. Red Chili Powder half spoon
  2. Fenugreek dried leaf
  3. Garam masala half spoon
  4. Chat masala half spoon
  5. Corn Flour 5 spoon
  6. Salt
  7. Onion 1 bowl
  8. Paneer 1 bowl
  9. Boiled Potato 6
  10. Gram flour (Kadalaimaavu)
  11. Bread
  12. Oil
  13. Water
  14. Ginger
  15. Green Chili
  16. Coriander leaves
  17. Half Lemon
  18. Garlic
  19. Curry leaves
  20. Mint leaves
Procedure
  1. Start toasting the bread on the pan for few minutes and grind it in a blender.
  2. Mash the boiled potatoes and make it as soft dough and add bowl of paneer, 5 spoon of corn flour, salt, half spoon of garam masala, half spoon of red chili powder, fenugreek dried leaf, half spoon of chat masala, bowl of onion and mix it well.
  3. Add blended bread crumbs, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, chopped ginger, curry leaves, mint leaves and chopped garlic and little bit of lemon juice. 
  4. Add some salt in bowl of Gram flour (Kadalaimaavu), half spoon of red chili powder, half spoon of garam masala and pour some water & mix it well.
  5. Start making the roll.
  6. Pour some oil in a tawa.
  7. Dip the roll in the mix that was prepared with gram flour and roll it on the bread crumbs and start frying it.
  8. Bread Paneer Roll is ready
