Add bowl of Black Kondakadalai | Black Chick Pea in a cooker, add 1 spoon of salt, pour some water and close the lid.
Open the lid after 5 whistle.
Pour some oil in a tawa, add 1 spoon of mustard, Urad Dal (Ulundhu) 1 spoon, small pinch of hing powder, curry leaves, chopped ginger, sliced green chili and finally add boiled chick pea.
Spread some grated coconut and chopped onion.
