Black Kondakadalai Sundal | Black Chickpea Sundal – Simple & Healthy Snack
Ingredients
- Curry leaves
- Mustard 1 spoon
- Urad Dal (Ulundhu) 1 spoon
- Green Chili 2
- Hing Powder small pinch
- Salt
- Oil
- Ginger
- Black Kondakadalai | Black Chick Pea 1 bowl
- Onion
- Water
- Grated coconut
- Add bowl of Black Kondakadalai | Black Chick Pea in a cooker, add 1 spoon of salt, pour some water and close the lid.
- Open the lid after 5 whistle.
- Pour some oil in a tawa, add 1 spoon of mustard, Urad Dal (Ulundhu) 1 spoon, small pinch of hing powder, curry leaves, chopped ginger, sliced green chili and finally add boiled chick pea.
- Spread some grated coconut and chopped onion.
