Ingredients
  1. Curry leaves
  2. Mustard 1 spoon
  3. Urad Dal (Ulundhu) 1 spoon
  4. Green Chili 2 
  5. Hing Powder small pinch
  6. Salt
  7. Oil
  8. Ginger
  9. Black Kondakadalai | Black Chick Pea 1 bowl
  10. Onion
  11. Water
  12. Grated coconut

Procedure
  1. Add bowl of Black Kondakadalai | Black Chick Pea in a cooker, add 1 spoon of salt, pour some water and close the lid.
  2. Open the lid after 5 whistle.
  3. Pour some oil in a tawa, add 1 spoon of mustard, Urad Dal (Ulundhu) 1 spoon, small pinch of hing powder, curry leaves, chopped ginger, sliced green chili and finally add boiled chick pea.
  4. Spread some grated coconut and chopped onion.
  5. Black Kondakadalai Sundal | Black Chickpea Sundal is ready for your evening snack.
