Ingredients
  1. Mustard 1/2 spoon
  2. Urad Dal (Ulundhu) 1 spoon
  3. Hing powder 1/2 spoon
  4. Mint leaves
  5. Green chili 1
  6. Ginger small piece
  7. Garlic 5 pieces
  8. Onion 1
  9. Tomato 2
  10. Salt
  11. Red chili powder 1 spoon
  12. Oil
  13. Water
  14. Corn Flour 1 spoon

Procedure
  1. Pour some water in a vessel and start boiling 2 tomatoes for 5 minutes.
  2. Start peeling the skin and grind it in a mixer.
  3. Pour it in a vessel, add salt, 1 spoon of red chili powder, ½ spoon of hing powder and mix it well.
  4. Pour some oil in a tawa, add half spoon of mustard, 1 spoon of Urad Dal (Ulundhu), Mint leaves, onion, garlic, green chili, ginger and pour the grinded tomato into it.
  5. Close the lid and allow it to boil for few minutes.
  6. Add water into 1 spoon of corn flour and pour it in the chutney for thickening.
  7. Tomato Garlic Chutney is ready.
